Maybe for outlands, but NOT for city.
Citizens have standard clothing anyway, so putting other parts/cloths on your character is not good.

Could disable some features, possibly. I know PAC could be useful for actually making your character the correct height. I know fearRP would work well when I see a unit walking towards me thats towering over me. Or a small girl. Etc. Could be used for glasses, backpacks, non-UU clothing. I don't know about Units, though. Considering they're not really supposed to stick out in a group with each other unless they're a higher rank. But still.

Nick, not evrrrrrrrrrrybody has UU clothing. Having PAC would make it easier for units to spot these people and deal with them. Like pheonix said, glasses and backpacks. PAC would help differentiate people from afar so you don't have to zoom in on people and try to get their description to hold still in order to see who they are.

Well it was pretty much accepted before the server went down before.
As there was no outstanding flaw that as mentioned. It also would improve RP and give you a chance to write more in description about scars and shit.
