I support PAC and I think this addon would work great as long as restrictions were put in place. The only thing missing is the lack of supporters. For those of you who want this to actually happen, message steam friends, hl2rp secs, and roflwaffle and explain to them why this should happen. Guarantee this suggestion will have a higher chance of acceptance if you do this.

I support it because it would mean that you don't have to stare someone down to find out what they look like, all it would need was some restrictions. I think it would work if we put it in.

A limited access to PAC would be nice. I'm sure there could be restrictions set on how many items someone can use, what items, ect.

I really find the Pac suggestion really annoying and idk I really don't think its a good idea, I used to be a Super admin on this one sandbox server and every time I loaded into the server my pac load out would load automatically for me and it got fucking annoying. I mean would their be a thing in options to turn it off?

I still personally don't agree with having PAC. Not for City anyways. If we were talking outlands, that'd be a different story, but I personally feel it has no place in city.

that is because people are

A) afraid it'll be abused (because they remember build servers / darkrps / hl2rp where admins don't bother to enforce punishments)

B) they've personally never used it but have been told by numerous people the abuseability of it and are too scared of it, even if we add a flag for it for donators, gold members, etc.

You all try to say "oh pac can be abused" yet you allow Tool Trust? I find this to be quite funny since you can actually prop kill units with Tool Trust, get their guns, and MassRDM the server. With PAC, as far as I know it's nothing but visuals. Nothing more, nothing less. So why on earth would adding it be such a big deal when we already have TT?

do it, there's no reason not to. the furthest it can be abused to it a minor inconvenience/potential lag, which all can be done to much worse degrees with tool trust.
