Curious to as this, as i have asked rofl before and he has had mixed opinions. Lets see what YOU guys think of this. As if you want it, then there's a bigger chance we will get it. If it does happen, it will probably end up headed by me and possibly hoplite/smt or others. Hopefully it will be a full milsim group, but we can and probably WILL do other activites.

If you don't know what arma2's like but are intrested, check out the free version and try it.

What on? Generally ArmA2 or what the 'group' will do?

If its on the group, then it will be generally running a small company with an assortment of attached groups. It will start small, but when more join, more and more positions will open up, and its basiclly just rping an army. Note- there will be required mods for this, but not many, basiclly just ACE2 and maybe one or two others.

I agree with adding ArmA 2 but not with Operation Arrowhead, or any expansions for that matter. By adding it without expansions, you allow for those who have the free version to play.

I could sort of see a server like that working out. I personally have spent quite a few hours on ArmA2 and OA....Idk.....

It's a great game, but you'd have to defenitally get Zeus_AI on your server, or else the AI will no longer be fun.

It'd be nice to have a free server (no mods not OA) for people who are cool like me, and then another server for OA + whatever mods.

I say yes, yes, and more yes, i love arma 2, its my favorite military tactical shooter.... and you must do OA for at least one of the servers because takistan is awesome and i hate chernarus... plus all the good stuff is OA

I got arma 2 and all the stuff for it during the Christmas sale on steam not too long ago, i dont know what the hell im doing but still enjoyable.  If you guys could teach me more about arma that be great-too lazy to do tutorials lol.  I would like a arma 2 serv tho!

Goddamn, I already feel like making my army application for this one.
Amazing gameplay, as I just watched the trailer near the download section.
Hopefully it isn't like that other army simulator were noone plays as a team. I'd like some real teamwork on this one, hell I'd buy a proper mic.
