I really find the Pac suggestion really annoying and idk I really don't think its a good idea, I used to be a Super admin on this one sandbox server and every time I loaded into the server my pac load out would load automatically for me and it got fucking annoying. I mean would their be a thing in options to turn it off?

Believe it or not, I failed art but I do the odd sketch for friends and such. Despite that I haven't had much call or desire to go into it professionally; I find if I have to do something out of my pace or style, I dislike it.

Have you ever been detained, or received any citations? If so, why?: I was detained on suspicion of contraband, this accusation was baseless.
Have you had any past experience in any of the following fields: medicine, labour, service, logistics, and management? If you answered yes to any of those, explain the experience. Yes, I worked as a head-chef in a restaurant prior to the occupation. As such, I was in charge of logistics: stock, what we do with it; what is on the menu for each day as well as the command of subordinate chef's; what they were to do and such. Prior to that I was a basic chef, which laboured irregular hours over weeks.

Why do you want to join the Civil Workers Union?:
I wish to join the union to feed the members of the union itself, the hospital workers, possibly the MPF and the civilians themselves. I believe the addition of food other than supplements will boost the moral of the workers, thus increasing work efficiency and quality, as such helping the world progress better as a whole.
What can you provide to the Civil Workers Union?:
I can provide the knowledge of cooking to the union and I am fully able to train people in the art of it. Along with my knowledge of efficient stock use, such as working with limited stock and supply, a skill which can also be taught, so if we was to run out of supplies, we could still work at premium efficiency.
If a citizen were new to the city, and was in need of assistance, what would you do?:
I would, remain courteous and polite at all times, I would find out what the citizen required assistance with; if it was an area I felt comfortable giving advice or assistance on, then I would proceed to do so.
Are there any specific jobs or positions you are interested in having if you should work with the Civil Workers' Union?:
I would like to work as a chef if possible, whether a lead or subordinate, if this is unavailable; a place where I could serve food or drink (hospitality based), or even greeting people and talking about strengths of the workers' union as well as co-operation.

Well it was pretty much accepted before the server went down before.
As there was no outstanding flaw that as mentioned. It also would improve RP and give you a chance to write more in description about scars and shit.

This is also why I want C45 back. Because there we at least had a lock on the armory that only high command knew. And thus everyone had to ask them to get something.
You file a request to logistics to stock these items, then they inform the unit when their item is in stock in the armoury, they go and get it. No one has to loiter there. Unless someone needs a gun quickly, then you have a cabinet that's password locked for emergencies and logs the unit taking the weapon. et cetera

First thing to know, in England (and Britain too), the school system goes by quality as such: State, Private, Public.
State is run by the state and funded by tax.
Private is school you pay for, usually grammar schools, and they provide a higher quality of education with smaller classes et cetera.
Public is the cream of the crop, Eton and such, where all bourgeoisie and higher ups go. Our current Prime Minister as well as deputy went there.
By your character profile, I'd say you'd benefit from putting public school as education, this will give you a chance to not only have more high cultural capital, but to flaunt class and intellect at any given point.
