Multiple City Administrators

The current CA is rarely, if ever, on now. Maybe  another person should be selected to play CA in his absence?

The CA of C17 is basically Dr. Breen. Think like government. The president runs the country and the governors run each state. Breen would be the president and a CA would be a governor. Each city would be a state.

We have CA's?  How the hell? I've been around forever and never have seen this guy/girl.

I've seen him three times. Once he gave a speech via /broadcast. Another time I saw him being escorted to watch a movie in the terminal. The other time, he was watching us 'croots get basic training.

Im online, ive been doing army combatives level three. im back now from fort benning.

We need atleast 5 CAs. We only have about 3 and they are usually inactive. All the CAs should be active at almost all times so there will be a CA on almost all the time. The CAs that are in-active should be Blacklisted.

Thing is, Being a CA is boring (I'd imagine) You just sit in your office, waiting to give a speech....

CAs should be more interactive with the citizens. Their point is to make the civvies feel safe.
