1. Introduction

a lot of people have no idea what fear rp is and a lot of people don't use it.
This adds a spice to roleplay to allow the player to show how they feel to others. 
This guide will explain what fear rp is, how to use it, and what to fear.

2. What is this?

FEAR RP is the use of /me's to show ones thoughts on another.
A little example of this is:
Citizen 01: "Looks at the passing KING COTA unit"
Citizen 01 : "Cringes at his sight"

3. How to use this

To use fear rp is to understand how you look to others. Such as your look as a citizen to a CCA unit 03.
Here is an example on how to use this.

CCA.C18-RCT.001: "Moves over to the citizen"
Citizen 01: "Looks at 001"
CCA.C18-RCT.001: says "Move along citizen"
Citizen 01: "laughs at the units attempt"
CCA.C18-RCT.001: "Flips on his stun baton"
Citizen 01: "Looks at the stun baton and walks away quickly"

This is known as physical FEAR.
A point of mental FEAR is:

GEAR DvL: "Passes by"
Citizen 01: "Waves to the officer thankfully"
Anti-citizen 01: "Steps back and slowly walks away from his sight"

How do I tell who to FEAR?

The line of fearing somebody is twisted because a RCT is not scary but his stunstick is.
As a citizen you do fear rebels because they will kill you.
You are a threat to them and you are a liability to CCA units.
Notice your surroundings and understand what is there.

Fear should [obviously] increase as the CCA unit's rank increases. For example, you aren't really THAT scared of a recruit, but you still should have fear. By time a unit is up to an Officer (OfC), you should basicly be shitting yourself if they give you a command. DvL's and SeC will kill you without thinking twice, so really, don't fuck with them.

SeCs don't leave the nexus without 3 KINGs or 8 ECHOs.
So I think the SeC would not be doing any killing.

I don't think citizens know what the SeC is.

Of course citizens know who he is, he's always talked about.

Also, 8 is way too much, I go out with 2 COTA units or 2 DvL's.

Citizens should fear RcT's and 01's just as much, unless they notice different personalities or see the badge. Because i don't really look at the CP's badge, i look at the fucking gasmask and stunbaton.

A RCT only carries a stunbaton and he still has a personality because of no brainwashing.
Therefor citizens that are not loyal hate them the most because they just joined.
