Replacement EpU and OfC Skin

Because I'm a finicky cunt, I just had to notice how bad the current EpU and OfC skins are, and how they suffered compression artefacts, among other things. Noting that they shared the same layout as the original metrocop skin, I took the base metroskin, segregated certain areas and started doing photoshop things to it.

As a result, both units now have:

• Green and Blue tinted faceplates
• Reflective eye sockets like that found on regular metros
• Bump mapping
• Envmap reflectivity elsewhere
• Brighter coloured shoulder caps, trouser leggings and other misc. items.
• Camo pattern on the trousers.

In addition, both units' uniforms are tinted very slightly green or blue, depending on if it's an EpU or OfC.

I may, in future, upload a version WITHOUT the reflective eyes. Depends on demand.

It's up to karma if he wants to implement them, however the problem then lies with what do you do if someone already has the old skin?

I'd prefer if people had the choice to be honest. If they want the new skin, they can get it here.

Remove the camo pattern. The green is too bright, btw.

I think the green and blue colors are way too loud. Try muting the colors more, make them more dull. I think it'll look better. And the camo pattern isn't necessary, in my opinion it's too distracting.

Yeah. The blue isn't TOO bad, but it does need some dampening as well.

Anyway, like everybody else said, dull them a little bit down, and maybe give it a more...Armor-ish look. Since this is HC we are talking about...

the whole look is actually fine for me, i don't see a problem with it, except the Green is too bright, the blue  is fine

Yeahh, the pants are bright, and I would do away with the woodland-esque camo and replace it with and either replace it with another camo pattern, or a solid color.

I absolutely love thiss revamp of the skins. I find no problem with it and I hope that it is implemented.
