New, and need some help.

Hello, I'm new to the RP, and pretty much new to the official roleplaying in general. Please give me some pointers toward the right direction, including the basics to the roleplay. Thanks!

Also I may be interested in joining the civil protection/combine/overwatch, if you can help me out with that as well I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
