It would depend on the CP's rank. Higher ranks, such as OfCs and DvLs, receive augmentations that would even the odds quite a bit. Four citizens could most likely take down an RCT, 04, or 03.

However, if you're gonna RP that sort of thing, it MUST be RP'd extremely well. Anything less and it will be mistaken for minging and you will all probably be shot like common lolpunchers.

Awesome guide. I have a question about the 3v1 rule, can 4 citizens armed with improvised weapons take down a CP?

Im pretty sure that a lower CP cant take them out, however, a lone RAZOR/KING/or other OFC+/OTA can probably take them.
