I don't know if I'm being pre-empitive, or being a bit ignorant, so feel free to correct me if I am, but since RLTK is no longer a server administrator, who is going to look after the CA applications?

They should be closed as an FYI to whoever opened them again unless it was intentionally done for more applications.  I mistyped saying October when I meant September (you can see I said a two week timeframe inside the post and it was posted halfway into August)

Changed the status to closed, unless Waffle wants them open and we decide on who wants to go over them.
