Okay well I'm just assuming this because myself get's bored on Harbor RP. I suggest Catalyst-Gaming expands there server's, Harbor RP get's boring I suggest possibly hosting a Pulsar Effect gamemode (not perp) such as GMod Party or GMod Racer those would be cool.

GMR is in the works as far as i know,but its buggy and the dev's dont have much time for it at the moment.

This has been spoken about before I believe, however the effort that needs to go into fixing most leaked gamemodes is fixing not only entities and broken code lines from GMod Updates, but then usually a MySQL database aswell needs to be added

So if anything is being created, it will take some time fixing I reckon so hold tight :)
