Post Your Apocalyptic Setup

Go to http://innawoods.net/ and make a realistic depiction of what you would have on you after an apocalypse.  By realistic, I mean stuff you have in your house currently.  In this apocalypse scenario, there are no zombies, but there is no government.  The only threats are other people and mother nature.

The crossbow I'm holding is a mini 80 pound draw-weight pistol, perfect for hunting small game in my opinion.  I would also have a longbow slung over my back.  Hot, humid, urban, lots of greenery.

Edit: Also post climate/biomes around area so others know.

I made two. Stuff I'd find at work and stuff I'd find in my home.

Home:

Closest thing they had to a compound bow as my primary, service pistol as my sidearm plus a hatchet I just have sitting in my lockup unit in the apartment's parking garage. Some food that'd just be lying around my cupboards plus a fairly accurate depiction of all I own for medical supplies. Bunch of random bags and stuff for storage.

Work:

Standard uniform with a tactical helmet and load bearing vest, courtesy of the armory. Substitute Remington 870 that I'd find in my car as my primary, service pistol as my secondary plus a baton (it's not an extendable one, so it isn't completely world-accurate). Bunch of random food that I'd find in the break room plus a bunch of medical supplies from a first aid cabinet. Shitton of ammo, also courtesy of the armory, plus two smoke grenades and a CS gas canister.

And here's what I'd want to be carrying.

Anyways, if we're gonna talk ideals, here's mine.

Thats stuff i've got in my house. Due to it being england i've not got much in weaponry, but everything else i have shit loads of.

The rifle is really an air rifle, no idea why i put 12 gauge shotgun shells but it should be a bunch of air rifle pellets. The machetes actually a really fancy sword used for martial arts and the knife is, a knife.

However, if I had chance to go into town (and my wing HQ) i'd be able to suit up a bit better;


The mosin is actually a more up to date lee enfield (known as the no8 to cadets)



Climate is north england so, rainy, cold, sunny, whatever the weather decides to randomly do.

Oh you Canadians...  Seriously though, if you like airsofting, you should try archery, it's incredibly fun.  I wouldn't think bows and arrows would be illegal up there but who knows, I'm too lazy to google it.

Us airsofters are so misunderstood If I wanted to shoot targets then I'd invest in Real Steel guns. But thats boring. I like to play war games like CTF, TDM, etc, as well as MilSim.

I'm not americunt. So no guns for me.
Quite a nice collection of survival stuff though. So given the fact I won't have to defend myself against triggerhungry assholes like you have on games such as DayZ/Rust/Etc, I guess I can manage.
Or I can just make allies with someone that does have guns.
