but it does beg the question why is there no shoutbox whatsoever in spam, like there isn't even the normal shoutbox in spam?

You can just create a thread in spam and pretend that is a shoutbox for all you care. I don't see much difference in it.

Besides, I would just see it happening: People spam the shit out of the normal shoutbox, and then go: "LELELE OOPS. I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE SPAM SHOUTBOX. XDDXDXDXDX!"

But on the other side.... I was always tempted to use my pokerap script on the shoutbox... So that would be a nice opportunity.
