What is it? I noticed it in the point shop.  Is it a title next to your roleplaying name?  Couldn't you just be a dick and give somebody a homosexual custom title (if that's what they are)?

See those words above my name that say "Nothing more dangerous than [REDACTED]"? That's a custom title. It's a forum thing that has nothing to do with HRP.

Yes, you could give someone else a funny title if you want. But remember that if it is TOO ridiculous, a developer may remove the title again.
So choose your words wisely.
