Benefits for my character

Well... I kind of lost my benefits. Well, not exactly. I applied for MPF on my characters that I had the benefits on and I got accepted to MPF, so I deleted the character.. As of now for some reason I cannot use my benefits on another main I would like to have.. Is there any chance I could get my benefits back on my new character, "Ryan Booker"
