while this idea sounds ok, i personally would prefer to use the division design for the CCA

there's no reason to have 4 divisions when you have 10 members - at most it should be introduced later on by adding onto the system and moving people around

i guess id be willing to give squads a try at the beginning, if i think about it i guess its ok for a small CCA when we are just starting back up then we could think about either divisions again or maybe even expanding the squads

squads aren't really a defined size in this system, but divisions makes it sound a bit bigger than it really is

it's really just a preferred method of speak on my part, i suppose

I agree with having a separate leader for Overwatch and MPF, although I disagree with everything else, I just don't like that structure, I much prefer having divisions as we've had them for a long time now.

yeah having reread it again it does kinda just sound like divisions but renamed squads with some stuff removed

i think my final opinion on it is that id prefer to use division system over squads

why would you split everyone up into different divisions that do different things - when you could get them all into two squads where they can choose to specialise if they wish? the one difference is that you don't get a separate name or new uniform or anything silly like that

there's absolutely nothing holding people back from experimenting with weapons (within reason), except in the old divisions where you had to stick to patrolling and socio if APEX, if GRID you had to do engineer stuff and if NOVA you had to do medical stuff - in this everyone works together because they're the same squadron, just that some people may be combat medics or like to tinker with weapons

tl;dr: why have 4 different divisions that do nothing of the same sort when you can have two squadrons where everyone works together instead of having a bunch of closed off unsocial dumbs locked away in a room 24/7

i see squads that do the exact same thing conflicting with each other on who is better and cause a lot of drama

id still rather stick to divisions

EDIT: and yeah, 4 divisions can still work together like smt said, theres nothing stopping them from doing so with divisions

are you saying the elitism between divisions didn't cause drama - or the fact that sometimes we had to go around beating GRID+NOVA with a stick to get them to do their patrols

medical units will only do medical things unless we make them and mechanical units will do their own thing and patrol units will be tired of patrolling and higher ranked units are still higher ranked than lower units its just a confusing system that won't work and will be confusing for many
