It says I have two hard drives, where is the other one?

If you look at the link below, speccy says I have 2 hard drives but when looking in my computer, only one shows up, and 1 has only ever shown up, so what is this mystery hard drive? I tried to attach but I could not get it small enough.

Maybe there is no partition setup for the 2nd hard drive you may have in your PC, hence it doesn't show up as a disk drive like C:
