Server Update

Changelog:

• [Fixed]Radios now remove on disconnect.
• [Fixed]Voice chat tags are now at the top on the right hand side, they no longer overlap the compass.
• [Fixed]"People who can hear you talk" box is no longer hidden behind the chatbox.
• [Fixed]Chatbox no longer overlaps the HUD.
• [Fixed]Removed /call. Didn't work and only showed a huge "ERROR" sign instead of a phone.
• [Fixed]VIP+ now receive 50% armor when they first spawn like it's supposed to be.
• [Fixed]You can no longer gravgun helicopter rotors.

• [Added]New map: rp_harbor2ocean_catalyst2. Credits to Statua. Download here.
• [Added]New day/night cycle.
• [Added]New helicopter: Bell 206B Amphibian. Costs $275k and can float on the water. No, it does not tip over like the one in single player.
• [Added]Bell 206B Amphibian uses the police skin if you spawn it as a Coast Guard/Coast Guard Commander.
• [Added]New helicopter: Skycrane. Costs $650k. Has a hook that can be controlled from the third seat and can pick up props/items.
• [Added]The H500 has been replaced by the WAC Hughes H500D.
• [Added]Only citizens can purchase products from the Black Market Dealer, Fish Shop, Fruit Shop, and Barrel NPC.
• [Added]Radios now no-collide with players.
• [Added]Radios now explode when under water for more than 3 seconds.
• [Added]NPC respawn command for admins and above(Admins view HRP Admin board for the command).
• [Added]Playtime is now displayed in the top left of your HUD.

It's been a long time coming. Took me a while to figure out how HRP works and where everything was. Updates should be coming out more often with some pretty cool additions.

Map goes in C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common\Garrys Mod\garrysmod\maps

If you have a suggestion for something new or a change to a pre existing feature, suggest it here.

The server uses content from WAC Community Packs 1 and 4. You may download them from the workshop and you'll be fine.

Yeah pretty sick! Don't mind it being down. I mean... you're giving us an update!

Servers are going back up. Sorry for the downtime, but the bugs had to be fixed.

Fixed clouds at night. They're now completely disabled until I can find a better system for displaying clouds.
Fixed gravgun not working.
Fixed all vehicles being removed when someone disconnects.

If you find any other bugs(They're bound to exist) please post a bug report.
