OCRP2 Update 12

Update 12 is being prepared and pushed right now. This update includes the following:

- Fixed 911 and SS Zip Ties
- Added legs
- Added random skin for rental cars
- Added a new chair, a bar stool, two new computer props, and changed the extinguisher around (now needs extinguisher foam and empties out allowing reuse if refilled)
- Made unconcious bodies being dragged stay unconcious till dropped.
- Disconnects now show in console with Steam ID and RP Name

Sorry guys, car's didn't get finished.

When I saw the cars weren't added, I was crushed as fuck, then jumped for joy as I clicked the spoiler for the changelog, even though usually I don't bother reading the whole changelog xD. Thanks a bunch, Karma! You made me laugh first today!

Super exited, but I clicked on both that let you just subscribe to the stuff but still see error signs any ideas?

Did you restart Gmod after you downloaded the models from workshop?
Aka: subscribe to workshop. - Start gmod till its finished downloading files. -Restart gmod again.
