New tow truck setup.

There was this old PERP server I used to play on, it was called AsteriskGameing, they shut down and the owner stole all the donation money btw...  But, the tow truck they used had a hook that dangled from the back of the tow truck by a wintch to say, you could control the wintch with two buttons on the side of the truck, you would then just atatch the hook to a car and it would connect, if you where to drive the car it would un-hook like the one we have now.  This would make it so much easier to tow cars, and faster.

Yeah, tow trucks currently are inconvenient to use. This would make it a lot easier.
