So when making a post, forum users will notice that they have a lovely section of tools at their disposal, my question is how do some of those tools work.

Ones that I need help understanding:
Horizontal rule
Hide enclosed from suspicious users
Progress bar
count down
insert table

If you can help me out that would be awesome, thanks.

Horizontal rule makes a horizontal line through your post like this:

Hide enclosed from suspicious users ~ dunno, eitger hides from search engine indexers (google, yahoo bots etc) or from users that Cloudflare doesnt like

Progress bar makes a progress bar.

Countdown - you set a date and time in it. It then displays how much time is left, when the set date/time passes, it displays what you put [countdown]here[/countdown].

SMF has a feature to flag users as potential advertising bots, this feature makes your message invisible to these accounts. Cloudflare has nothing to do in our forum, it's a low level CDN.
