The video must be you. (You have to say your name Example: This is SlyDawg and this is my no bones dance!)
Video must be at least 20 seconds long, You have to do the no bones dance and the leg dance and of course make the face and have background music (preferably the one in the video)
Post it on youtube for everyone to see it!
