You don't understand because you're a higher rank and you'll probably get asslicked, if you're not..

I can't really describe how an encounter with 270 feels like, you'll have to annoy her and make a lower ranked unit and experience it for yourself.

Moon sums it up pretty well. And then her Unit had a major personality change after I became an Officer so the scary rage wasn't really focused towards myself or any of the other HC. Violent would be a good word to put it I guess.
