[EVENT SUGGESTION] tests.

This is a suggestion for an event that would include almost everyone. Citizens, CCA, and OTA (not webuls due to lack of co-operation)
 
The CCA and OTA woud make all the citizens make a line in the Plaza and select citizens (Can be random or through a method) and use them for tests and experiments (in or out of the Nexus).

Some experiments might be for Biological research (like the projects Statua is working on) and/or to have new/modified weapons used on them as well as for other projects.

This is just an event I scrapped together that  would include the majority of the server and not just have citizens face a wall for 2 hours while the OTA quickly kill whatever is causing the problem(s).

It sounds ok, it would promote RP from both factions but the CCA would surely have to mindwipe all the subjects so they don't get out and blab about all the scary stuff they tested on them. The whole thing might end up being a lot of fuss but I'm sure the citizens won't mind so long as the wipe is only from the moment they lined up to go inside or something.

  I can agree, however it is also possible for people to make fake/use old chars that they don't need for said event, keep in mind this is just to get the ball rolling.

Alright, cool, I was just suggesting this because it seemed interesting as an event for citizens since they are largely included.

and if you don't want any of your projects involved in this then it's fine.
