Howard Biggs Got off the train to c45 and went outside he waited a few days until a citizen gave him 1000 tokens, He bought a permit and had a interview with a combine for both a book depository and a general store both in the same building, He then got UU Brand-books
and began to sell them, He made money and was very happy, Howard still continues to work in the store.
