Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
 Sizuah Ellister, born in the small village of Buzlia, 2007, April the 21st. Sizuah Ellister was born in a small village, in a rainforest. The village had around eighty people, meaning it was a hard-working village. Her mother worked as a farmer, farming wheat and other substances to sell and feed the people. While her father worked with the City Administration Council (CAC) to organize this city. Sizuah herself lived at home, along with her older sister, and older brother. Her sister was thirteen when Sizuah was born, and her brother was seven. Sizuah spent all her time playing, or anything she could do to help until she was seven (2014) when she could finally help her mother in the farm, and sometimes her father.

She helped her father by giving him suggestions about things she wanted to happen, but of course they never happened. While when working with her mother, she would plant the seeds for the crops her mother was growing, then collect them when they are grown. During her spare time, she tended to keep the one guard in the watch tower company, when her mother was cooking dinner. The guard taught her some interesting facts, about birds and animals he would see while he was on guard. Sizuah just sat there, playing with her few toys, but listened most of the time.

She soon realized she could be doing a lot more than sitting down with her toys, so she went outside the village to see if she could spot one of the many animals that the guard had told her about. While she was there, she uses to lean against a big oak tree, carving small knives, out of wood. She thought it would be handy to know how to use a rock to turn a stick into a weapon, in case she had to survive on her own one day.

After another few years (2015) she helped build a small, weak, wall around the village to cover it, as military troops had been spotted near the village. She helped carry large sticks and logs to the wall, and sometimes she even got to place a few items onto the wall, such as flowers, vines, etc.

She enjoyed science, but not mathematics. During the day she would help the village, then make basic items, and spend time with the guard. But at night, she use to watch science shows quietly when her mother, father, sister, and two brothers went to bed.

She began to be taught how to read, write, swim, and many other skills. She did not care for such 'stupid' subjects, she just wanted to run her mother’s farm, and spot the animals, but she was forced to at least learn basic swimming and reading. During her birthday this year, she had been given an 'Extreme Wild Learning Pack for Kids' kit. It contained survival guides, some safety equipment she could use to build her own little hide-away in a bush, and some other useful items. She barely used this however, but she did not want to be rude by not using it.

(2016) they had gotten a new, small Television in their house, to replace their old one, and they watched Television during dinner that night, that was surprising because they always sat at the table and talked to each other. On the news, there were reports of strange zombie-like creatures, and other alien-like creatures. The whole village did not believe in such bullsh*t, or so they believed.

One, dark, dark, day, Sizuah was awoken by a loud banging sound, followed by flames and ashes. She immediately was grabbed, by her father, and he took her to the East-Edge of the village. He said "Sizuah, there are problems in the village, I need you to hide in these bushes, and no matter what, do not come out until I tell you." Then he ran off. Sizuah thought this was quite exciting, and didn't realize the danger of the situation. She hid in the bush, carving her knife slowly as usual when she was bored. She soon heard a large explosion, and saw flames enter the air; she peeked out of the bush, to see a dark figure, holding a sort of container, the figure then threw the container at the farm, it created a loud beeping sound, followed by a small explosion. She immediately jumped back in the bush, not realizing how loud she was, so she huddled up to the tree that the bushes surrounded, peering out every now and then.

She never went out of her hiding place that day. The rest of the day, and night, she sat there, quietly sobbing to herself, making sure not to alert anyone, or anything. She eventually got to sleep, and she was woken up many times by strange noises, in which she tried to ignore once she knew what was causing it. In the morning, the village was no longer on fire, but destroyed. There were dead bodies, everywhere, she could not believe her eyes, but she was forced to. She made her way to her house, excited to at last see her family, but they were not there. Only the dining room remained with a roof, the table tipped over and the chairs broken into a million pieces.

She travelled for days, surviving off berries and other substances, until she reached a village, where she hid near or on the roof, watching the people inside....She crafted her many items, made her own clothes from bits of shredded up cloth in the clinic, and the many beds.

She will be a little girl, all alone in the outlands, of course she will have someone else, eventually. Aswell as limited crafting skills, they would be rough, but able to do the job.

I think I'm going to put a small break on 'child' apps, there have been a good number of them flowing though recently, and those that have been accepted, haven't really worked out all that great.
