 I think a good event would be a diesease in Percent 3 and then the virus would spread from one person to another and would effect people like they had rabies, and had red eyes, and pale skin. They would hunger for flesh, blood etc.

Doubt it is going to happen. Both unrealistic to an extent and will cause too much DM.

There was an event like this recently where a gas fell to the ground, turning those explosed into savages.

I remember I was infected with the gas but before full effects took in I went into the nexus. Then when full effects took in I was near 3 CCA units and started biting one of them. That was a fun event I hope we can do it again.
