<::|| Overwatch Transhuman Arm Offical Deployment Authorization||::>

You need Authorization for:
Sweeping
Raiding
Any kind of Operation (Recon mission, Assassination of high-priority target, Etc)

Don't Understand?
You may not leave the Nexus/OTA-HQ without permission, period.

EDIT:
Due to OTA units constantly flagging up in the nexus for absolutely no reason at all, or whatever lame reasons:
You must have a good and legit reason to flag on your OTA character from now on, Your CCA Unit should be your main character, not your OTA, so don't get off your unit just because you felt like getting on OTA.

City:
You may Flag up onto your unit at any time, but you may not leave the nexus, under any circumstances, without permission from:
1. An Owner.
2. The HL2RP Leader.
3. A unit ranked CmD+ (Commander or higher).

Outlands:
You may Flag up onto your unit at any time, but you may not leave the OTA-HQ, under any circumstances, without permission from:
1. An Owner.
2. The HL2RP Leader.
3. The Overwatch Commander.

The only exception in Outlands, is the weekly patrol, which is:
Once a week, 3 (three) or more OTA units may go on a group patrol of the Outlands,
Do not go into any buildings
Stay away from the Bunker
Do not go near the Spawn

Each weekly patrol will be Logged with detail, on a separate thread, including:

OOC Time in this format:
Date, Time, GMT Modifier

Example: Wednesday 16 May, 1:48 AM, GMT - 7:00

Concerning SYNTH units:
Those who can Auth Synths are: Owners, The Overwatch Commander.

Synth Scanners:
You may only flag up on the Outlands, never the City. But you can use a Synth Scanner for any situation on the Outlands,
but besides the weekly patrol, you must ask the Overwatch Commander to flag up for misc reasons
(Scouting, Observation, Etc.)

(I will allow you to flag up on the scanner for just about any reason as long as you gain permission from me first, also please keep in mind, that Synth Scanners are not like the CCA scanners, Synth scanners are designed for blending in with the terrain to remain hidden, and to observe the area, not to float around every citizen and flash them with the camera.)

Synth Hunters:
You may only flag on the City with an Owners permission, noone else.
As for Outlands, the only reason a Hunter would be called in, is for a raid, or some mass-killing event, Owner or Overwatch Commander permission needed.

THIS THREAD IS OFFICAL, AND SHOULD BE THE ONLY THING FOLLOWED, IGNORE WORD OF MOUTH, GO BY THIS.

CCA authorisations say that DvL+ can authorise overwatch support. That's a little redundant with overwatch requiring a CmD+ to leave the nexus.

Not really, DvLs can call in OTA for support, but just get auths from any CmD+ to leave the nexus, doesn't have to be ingame, use steam, or w/e.
