I know there is a CA but I never see him, so we need one. I'd like to do it if I'm accepted, if he join I'll happily flag down. But a good CA to organize raids and events would be nice. I'd like the job if allowed

The CA doesn't really organize raids. It's the SeC and the DvL's job to organize. The CCA protects the administrator during JW's, insurgencies, etc. Also, COTA does.

BTW, you hardly ever see him because he hardly travels outside the Nexus due to potential threats.

You really need to study more about HL Canon if you even want a chance bro. You also need to play HL2 again. Particularly the first chapter, Point Insertion.

As of your question on what is HL canon. It's basically the story of half-life. You need to focus on the part about the combine ruled world in the half-life universe.

The one thing I really want for the City Administration is for it not be filled up with admin's and superadmins. CA need's to be available to everyone but still have a very very very strict application proccess.
