No, This is not about fearing RcT's. It is about RcT's fearing they're uppers, as well as begin confused. I have been a Rct, But since I saw the nexus OOC in SP.. I knew the nexus already. So I pretended not to know, also.. I am saddened by this. I saw a RcT walk past the SeC and he said "Forgetting something RcT?" The recruit said "No Sir, I am not..." I mean... just. Right, Rant over.

Tips.
1. Even if you know the nexus inside out, IC you don't. You probably will want a tour of the nexus.
2. A chart, of fear.
04-03: Are just... A bit higher than you

COTA are NOT to be out in public without a reason for protection against highly dangerous counter forces be it rebels or exogens.

I might make a new training plan and give it to kaz. This plan goes over leadership, ranks, senority, and respect.

When 468 first did a sweep with COTA, he had fear of them. He feared they would shoot him for sneezing. After several sweeps, raids, and the exogen breach, he got used to them.

I might ocasionly go around the nexus on my COTA,and if the rct's aren't scared,shit them up.
They also need to learn to salute 02's and not try and command them, as one 04 or something one time tried taking over a situation i was in command of. I swear the next time somebody doesn't do it i'll rip into them.
