Computer troubles

Lately, I've been dealing with my game freezing, then unfreezes and everything looks like complete shit, like this picture.

Could be the motherboard or just the game in general. Motherboards are the brain of the computer so anything that happens goes through it unless your pc is like it everywhere then it would probably just be your game.

Have you tried reinstall GMod? Even trying to update your graphics drivers could help.

This. If its only in gmod, its probably a problem with gmod. Also, what game mode is that

I would re-install all the drivers and see if that helps.
