Server Update

• Dropping an RPG now only takes 1 RPG ammo.
• Fishing Equipment auto refund disabled temporarily.
• Voice chat whitelist disabled temporarily. Everyone can use Voice Chat.
• Changed some intro stuff.
• Fixed Fish Containers "Property" text font changing sometimes. Seems to be impossible to fix while using 3D2D text drawing in entity draw function.

Updates don't always mean things are added.... Updates mean things are either added, or fixed. And fixed can also mean disabled.

It was intended to have a new boat for coast guards but it didn't because the model had a horrible collision box and was very small.

ide like to ask for a new ship on the server something for the cg like a real cg boat or a military boat from a model pack. also if you could add a black hawk heli for rescue and maby a fishing pole like in ocrp.

Here is a board where you can leave suggestions for HRP.
Just make sure what you want to suggest isn't already suggested, as for example a new boat for coast guards is already suggested and being looked at.
