Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
On March 03, Daeny was attacked by someone who ruined her life, someone who told the CCA everyting about her, after some struggling, the man managed to stab Daeny's chest. Although it was not very deep, she couldn't fight anymore. That's when one of Daenys best friends showed up, he saved Daeny from that man who attacked her, after saving her. Daeny used what little medical knowledge she knew that a man with a '+' on his backpack teached her. She did the best she could stop stop the bleeding, after that she felt asleep on her bed while his friend was looking after her.

Suddenly, on Daeny's dream she appeared in a strange city with no people, it was all dark and a woman with a black hood was stating at her from the distance. Daeny blinked as soon as she opened her eyes, that woman in the black hood was just one meter away from her. The strange hooded woman told Daeny to follow her. Daeny followed the woman all the way untill they reached the corner. Suddenly the strange hooded woman started running and climbing on building. Daeny tried to followed her, but she was to fast. Why Daeny was climbing she could see trough the windows, when she reached the level three, she noticed something in the window, she looked closer to the window... Boom! The face of the man that just attacked her appeared on the window, it was all pale and with no life, the face had a sad gesture. Suddenly an arrow came out of the window hitting Daeny on the chest right were she got stabbed in real life (I mean in the same place she got stabed out of her dream), that arrow made her loose balance making her fall to the ground. While Daeny was falling to the ground she closed her eyes knowing that she was already dead... When Daeny landed, she felt as if she landed on some source of soft terrain, she had landed in a pile of leaves. Daeny opened her eyes and discovered she was no longer at that strange city, she was on some kind of yellow-orange forest. It all looked so beautiful to her, suddenly she noticed that the arrow was still on her chest, a she started feeling a strong pain all around her chest, that's when she tried to yell in pain, but for some reason no matter how hard she tried, no sound came out of her mouth. Desperately she looked around her, from the distance she could see that strange hooded woman on top of a tree staring at her. The strange woman was not doing anything, just staring at Daeny. Some minutes later the hooded woman jumped down from the tree landing meters away from Daeny.
The hooded woman walked to the right side of Daeny, where she was having troubles breathing. The hooded woman looked back to her saying "Dark times are coming for you... And you are not strong enough... Get up Daeny, get up." The hooded woman said.
"I- I ca-n't... I-Im... Hurt..." Said Daeny having troubles in speaking and breathing.
"You're hurt but you ain't dead Daeny, now get up... You must be strong, you must not fear anything, you must survive." Said the hooded woman.
Daeny places her two hands around the edge of the arrow, she carefully tried to pull the arrow out, but she couldn't. It felt as if the arrow was stucked with something. "I can't- It's stuck..." said Daeny.
"The arrow is not stuck... You're the one that is stucked... If you want to get up, you must free yourself, you must stop having fear, you must be smart, you must fight for your own safety... Don't let anyone else pick your fights..."
Daeny started closing her eyes in sign of defeat... Suddenly she remembered what was her goal... A better future...
That's when she putted her hands back to the arrow pulling it off with a lot of strength. This time she could yell, she started yelling really hard as the arrow came out of her chest. Suddenly the wound dissapered and Daeny felt like if she was a new person, she looked up she saw the hooded woman's face, it was all destroyed, her face was all deformed, that's when the hooded woman said "That arrow was the source of all your personal problems... Now that you have destroyed it and your wound is gone... You must face your real troubles... But you cannot face them with no tools..." The hooded woman kneeled down taking from her back a black wooden crossbow with a single arrow loaded in it. "This will be the key to your success..." The hooded woman said giving the crossbow to Daeny.
"It's time you face your fears... Its time you redeem yourself, it's time for you to be strong!" The hooded woman said, as she said that one last word, she dissapeared into the air and Daeny was all alone in the woods.
Daeny stood up grabbing the crossbow with her let hand, as soon as she was up, she realized she was back at that dark city with no people... It was all so quiet... A strange silence... She started walking down on the street. Some minutes later a strange voice could be heard on Daeny's mind "Be strong... Defeat your fears... Save yourself..." That's when a strange creature came out of a building, the creature had the body of a lion and the head of a crocodile with a tail of snake. The strange creature stared at Daeny, it had blood all over hear claws and mouth. The creature charged at Daeny, while it was two meters away from her the creature jump on her. Suddenly Daeny jumped to her right side aiming at the creature on the air, for some strange reason it all went slow except for Daeny. She could see all in a slow motion, thats when she pushed the crossbow's trigger, the arrow came out striking the creatures head. The arrow went trough making the creature fall to the ground bleeding a lot from his head. Daeny looked at the creature until it passed out...

Suddenly Daeny woke up from that strange dream almost hitting herself in the head with wooden roof.(She was sleeping below a wooden roof)
It was very night, his friend was sleeping on a chair at her side, that's when Daeny had that strange idea of building a crossbow... She quickly stood up from the bed runnig down to get some paper, she started drawing the crossbow she saw at her dream and started designing and making schematics about that crossbow. After 4 hours of intense working she was finished, that's when her friend woke up and Daeny told everything about her dream and about what she was going to start.

At the next day she made a list of tools and materials she was going to need:
Hammer
Tweezers
Hacksaw
Wood
Some metal
Some elastic rope or any good rope
(After this point, it has all been rp'ed in the server)
 After she finished she crossed the hammer and the tweezers because she already had does. She went out for looking the next tool; a hacksaw. That's when she found that  guy who told her what she knew about medicine, that guy with the '+' on his back. She talked to him, the man told Daeny that he was named 'Dougal Cullen' and that he had a bone saw. Although it was not a hacksaw, a bone saw could also work as it is meant for cutting bones. He lended the bone saw to Daeny then took a look at Daenys injury. He cleaned it and gave Daeny some medicine.

**The roleplaying part**

Metal cover
** Daeny Morrison notices the old car at the distance
** Daeny Morrison looks inside the car for any fragille metal
** Daeny Morrison points her flashlight in every direction. She notices there is an old cabinet atached to the ben's floor
** Daeny Morrison opens the cabinet looking at the cover
** Daeny Morrison places the bonesaw against one side. She starts cutting it really gently, trying not to damage the bonesaw.
** The cover pops out of the gabinet
** Daeny Morrison walks out of the ben hedding towards her hidding spot to leave the cover in there

Wooden plank
** Daeny Morrison walks around the wooden pieces
** Daeny Morrison gets near the wood studying it
** Daeny Morrison notices there is a rope thats tied to two large wooden pieces
** Daeny Morrison notices a good wooden plank comming out of the wood structure
** Daeny Morrison places her hand oon it with a lot of pressure
** The wood looks really resistant
** Daeny Morrison nods taking the bonesaw
** Daeny Morrison places the bonesaw on the wood. She starts sliding it up and down
** The wood starts coming out
** Daeny Morrison continues untill she cuts the wooden plank
** Daeny Morrison places the bonesaw at her side taking the large wooden plank
** Daeny Morrison uses her right hand for taking the bonesaw
** Daeny Morrison feels some pain because of her injury
** Daeny Morrison drags the wooden plank and bonesaw back to her hide out
** Daeny Morrison toses the wooden plank on top of the cover she just left
** Daeny Morrison sets the bonesaw on the floor. She then rest for some time.
** Daeny Morrison runs back to the wooden structure
** Daeny Morrison carefully starts unteing the rope
** After some minutes, she unites it
** Daeny Morrison puts the rope around her shoulder taking it back to the hideout


The schematics I draw about the crossbow ; this schematics would be the ones Daeny draw as soon as she woke up from her dream.

I got my inspiration from the Leonardos Da Vinci crossbow and used some knowledge from a book called "Leonardo's Machines" (At the mechanism part)

Sadly, you are not allowed to apply for weapons or ammunition. It was a good application, but I'll have to deny this.
