Just a question out of curiosity: How does one become consul?

I got the position of Consul by being the most active CA and I did a lot of stuff, like funding the Civil Workers Union, having speeches, holding meetings, etc etc. Just be excellent at everything a CA needs to be and you might find yourself rising up in the ranks.
