Now I'm going to be as reasonable as possible with all of you, this is not a rant nor is it an angry complaint, but more of a calm opinionated complaint. Now this server is the reason I've got into the whole HL2RP, but I feel as if many of the people in this community do not know how to RP nor how to accept a correct defeat. This is ESPECIALLY in my opinion seen in the units who seem to think because they have a higher power they can do whatever. I've had units use MASS meta gaming against me to kill me or hit me with no IC info. Now some units do indeed an AMAZING job, but the majority are not like this. I feel as if admins who are especially units abuse there actions as times as well. Making a /me of you running away will get you kicked even though it was in character. Some people make it seem as if people can't get away if they try. It can PHYSICALLY be done, it's been proved many, many times.
\\r\\ncolor annoys me, barely anyone is black, unlike last year\\r\\n
I personally try to roleplay with the greatest amount of detail /I/ can provide, and you know what? I sometimes feel like it's just pointless, seeing as half of the people don't give a shit about it. I find it annoying when a unit judges me ICly by saying something along the lines of 'A recruit could tie and search the citizen faster' when I was writing in detailed /me's, un-like the recruit.
We understand a lot of complaints have been made about the poor quality of Civil Protection units recently. I'm going to be discussing various ways to minimize this amount and if better kill it completely with Veran and the other administrators.

Nobody gives two squirts of piss how much effort I put into my RP anyway." People are too quick these days, it seems to be forgotten by the majority of units how relaxed this should all be. HL2RP should be a (mostly) relaxed experiance, save for the temporary periods of excitement.
