Can't see weapons on top

Hello guys, i really need help. I have this problem, that when i scroll with my mouse, i cant see which weapons i equip. I had this problem almost for a half year, and its really annoying. Theres no model for keys or pocket, so i cant see difference, because the weapons dont pop up on the top.

You should turn off "Fast weapon switch" in the options menu under keyboard>advanced.
