Core Changes- Updated Bukkit to 818
- Updated MC to 1.6.6
- Moved all the data over to our new server hosted by Fluctis Hosting
- Majority of the plugins now use MySQL for Data Storage
- All ranks now have special documentations that hold commands and such (But admins and up because im not writing 2000 commands) - This will come within a few days sorry!
- Plugin overhaul - Removed some unneeded plugins and cleaned up the folders
- New ban system please use /b (/bann) to ban people and /k (/kickk) to kick. All bans are logged to MySQL making my life a lot easier.
New VIP and Gold Benefits- Vip now get 7 coins for logging in daily
- Gold now get 14 coins for logging in daily
- Gold can now chop a whole tree by just hitting the bottom
New Admin Limitations- Limited Regular Admins from being able to permaban / Give money / antioch / and many other exploitable commands. (You can still spawn items)
- Regular admins cant use ChopTree
Plugin Changes- Moved Permissions over to the new 3.0.x it now runs better and more efficiently.
- FalseBook to 0.85
- LogBlock to 0.15
- WorldGuard to 5Alpha 10 (I forgot to update this for so long)
- Login Messages to 0.6_6
- ChestShops to 2.73 (Many changes and supports Register

Two simple ways to fix this.
1. Remove sprinting, its never used in rp.
2. Make it so citizens cant pick up weapons unless they have a G flag (Guns - Advanced Citizen rights) that is only given out to people who legitly get weapons. Oh yes and fix it so people cant Loot CCA Units because its just fucking retarded.
I kinda like the second idea.
My theory is to limit them to the point were they pose no harm but yet can still RP. Even tho they need to just start banning failrpers seeing as amputations dont work.

Just to explain the whole LOLSHOTGUN
I spawned randomly with a shotgun + service pistol... Not once... Not twice... but three times no matter how many times i dropped them. Seeing as it didnt happen a fifth time i have doubts a admin was forcing it in my inv.
You decided to take it Icly no matter how many times i told you, and the recruit with brains told you to stop hitting me. So you left me with no choice but to do that so i could explain and what did you do? You cried on ooc that i done it when it was really your fault for constantly hitting me while me and the other recruit That didn't have a blackmark. tried to explain to you....And theirs still a few dicks thinking it was ic. You are very hard headed or need glasses to read when someones trying to tell you something.
