how is spreading them across divisions gonna help any if you have a total of 7 unit members? most of them are going to want to go into a specialised division, lessening the amount of units that actively patrol. then there's the fact that most division leaders tend to protect their members from patrols when they're not patrolling units - but feel free to create a clusterfuck of divisions with 4 members each
with that said i see no reason for this being a suggestion to keep active since everyone wants to keep their precious little divisions anyway, so have fun with the revive (not actually sarcasm, i hope you have fun)

why would you split everyone up into different divisions that do different things - when you could get them all into two squads where they can choose to specialise if they wish? the one difference is that you don't get a separate name or new uniform or anything silly like that
there's absolutely nothing holding people back from experimenting with weapons (within reason), except in the old divisions where you had to stick to patrolling and socio if APEX, if GRID you had to do engineer stuff and if NOVA you had to do medical stuff - in this everyone works together because they're the same squadron, just that some people may be combat medics or like to tinker with weapons
tl;dr: why have 4 different divisions that do nothing of the same sort when you can have two squadrons where everyone works together instead of having a bunch of closed off unsocial dumbs locked away in a room 24/7

squads aren't really a defined size in this system, but divisions makes it sound a bit bigger than it really is

there's no reason to have 4 divisions when you have 10 members - at most it should be introduced later on by adding onto the system and moving people around

America doesn't care about starving children because they have enough problems to begin with. I don't see any other countries really caring about starving children either, why aren't you saying anything about them? You make this seem like a problem exclusive to America to me. It is not the responsibility of foreign governments to aid starving children - their job is to run the country and please their citizens.

Why exactly do you want Americans to mourn for the 20k+ that die daily from hunger? I don't expect people outside of Norway to mourn for the 77 that died in 2011 - I didn't even think about 9/11 when that day crossed us because I wasn't affected by it... May sound horrible - but if I'm not very affected by it, I don't really care - that's how society works.
Yeah, the 9/11 attacks were horrible, so are the hunger deaths. What exactly do you want me to do about it? America has their own way of handling grief which appears to be spending 3 billion dollars on a new building. We in Norway had our own way which was the Rosemarch after the attacks.
I hate to say it but the hungerdeaths have become such an ordinary part of my life that I simply don't ever think about it anymore unless someone brings it up. Only reason I actually remembered 9/11 was because I was speaking to Waffle and he changed to his usual name
