because UU command comes before a CA
section 2 are the ones that disengaged the nexus core and caused it to self-destruct under orders from advisors (ooc'ly admin team) under the policy of scorched earth tactics
because if information that is classified IC gets leaked people tend to throw it around like its nothing and then people metagame, i don't have a problem telling IC stuff to people that i know will keep it a secret but the majority of the community are immature and prove they abuse having OOC information about something that's IC and use that to their advantage

i run section 2 which is composed of internal and external affairs but people have been treating me like i have more responsibility/authority than that (including kronic) and then people are getting pissed off at me because they think im trying to powergrab sec/act like sec

because if someone else was to lead s2 they'd leech off my systems and my training regulations and they wouldn't know how to do everything effectively (what s2 is currently is a combination of about 3 years worth of intelligence squads compiled into one that i've been members of) and most likely pull dumb rp or metagame and if someone else was to lead s2 i'd want them to make all their own shit without using my stuff and see how far they get
