because if information that is classified IC gets leaked people tend to throw it around like its nothing and then people metagame, i don't have a problem telling IC stuff to people that i know will keep it a secret but the majority of the community are immature and prove they abuse having OOC information about something that's IC and use that to their advantage

i run section 2 which is composed of internal and external affairs but people have been treating me like i have more responsibility/authority than that (including kronic) and then people are getting pissed off at me because they think im trying to powergrab sec/act like sec
