CCA Applications are recoverable

Admins will be working on restoring posts, but I thought it needed to let you know that CCA apps are indeed restorable and will be done by an administrator throughout the next few whatevers (dunno how long it'll take.)

I ask administrators to post a new post saying it is done, or (if you are able to) take the time and judge the application and call a verdict.
