S6 Sweeps - Clearing it up.

Sector 6 sweeps can only be done with authorization from either myself (Prox | Raiden) or RoflWaffle. This applies to both the OTA faction and the CCA faction.

ALL Sector 6 sweeps need my or RoflWaffle's authorization.
