« on: December 21, 2011, 11:01:24 PM »
Ive made a couple replies that i wanted to delete but had to put -removed- instead of just clicking a little x next to the modify button... also this is kinda a suggestion in a poll so i think its cool if u wanna do the poll... and please only select 1 answer.

I SAID ONLY PICK ONE... dont take advantage of my newbieness

Could be abused. Example: Someone flames a user then deletes it so Admins can't see it.

Sorry but 100% no from me and I expect it will be a no from a lot of admins.

But it could still be logged so they can look back if someone reports it. You could very well flame them or whatever dont get me wrong, But  if someone or that person sees it they will probably report it at once and there can be a  log through ip where admins can just look it up. And if they delete it before noone sees anyway that would be good. I mean what if some kid just got super mad an posted this mean reply to a kid. Then what if he rethiught it and decided to delete it before the kid saw it. Now as you were saying a kid might flame and he could just modify it to -removed- and an admin wouldnt be able to see that..(well they would but thats not the point) and lets say i make an app somewhere and want to dekete it, yes i can put -removed- but then theres just a post hangin there for a lifetime making clutter.

That would take effort which the devs don't always like to put in (Not saying they're shit or lazy). If they did make a logging system however, then maybe. See what they say about it.

We actually already have a system in place.  But the answer will still be no.
