Take wiremod off of the downloads list

It's a suggestion because the folks over at wiremod.com sure wouldn't appreciate us redistributing their mod, and also because if someone doesn't have the common sense to have already downloaded wiremod, let them learn on their own.

The people that create wiremod released it publically. Plus, they wouldn't care, wiremod is all over the place.

I speak on behalf of the wiremod community when I say that it's dumb and irresponsible to distribute the mod outside of the official SVN. They have stressed this many times, which you should see. For example, wiremod is explicitly banned from garrysmod.org. They wouldn't like that you are distributing an out of date version.

Wiremod gets an update, on average, every 2 hours. It's important for the server to keep up to date. The client can straggle a bit. However, it's recommended that both the client and server have the newest version of wiremod to expect it to operate properly as wiremod is broken quite a lot by gmod updates.

Wiremod has a lot of issues and thats why we use a modified version of wire on our server, also up to date is not always the best.

Wire releases have been and always will be tested before being released. The only reason that you have problems with wire is because another addon is conflicting. DarkRP has been known to conflict with wiremod.
That being said, having a modified version for the server is no reason for a player to download that to his client. This could break is addons on other servers. Simply remove the download for wiremod abd let the files download temporarily from the server.

Not exactly tested releases... the recent one had crashes because of welding and parenting on wire chips.

All having to do with conflicting addons. The wire devs cannot test their addon against every other addon in GMod. They test on clean installs.

I needed to download it 2 days ago to fix a problem though, i would keep it up.
