The ban is a permaban IF the ban was a permaban.

If the ban lenght was 1 day, then you will be unbanned in 1 day.

Quite easy?

Crap-Head explained it for you. A ban can be any amount of time. So if you're banned for 1 hour, it's lifted in 1 hour, etc.

When you join the server and you're banned, you will get kicked and a message will appear saying something like: "Banned. Lifted in 7 hours."
