Well, i am guessing that since bethesda has a lot on there plate right now, and must be low on funds. They must have been surching for ways to get more money, and problubly found this is the most cost efficiant manover to regain funds. (Sorry if i soulnd like a buissness person, but ilike buissness, and are currently trading stocks)
You do not sound like a business man, it seems that you can not even spell correctly.
fag. nuff said

My keybord is just shit

10% warning issued.

Also, keyboard being shit doesn't affect spelling.
What about him? does he get a warning?

Nope. There's a difference between calling someone a fag and saying you don't sound like a business man.

It seems extremely pointless to me... Lawyers must be trying to look smart or something. Scrolls can't be trademarked as it is because it is a dictionary word unless that is the whole name of the game but even then people can still use the word if they have other words in the title right?

I dont think i single word like scrolls can be copyrighted but bethesda doesnt have a strong case at all! its like valve sueing someone for publishing a title of Counter terrorism: Strikes again, yes it sounds similar but it wouldnt hold up in court, especially as scrolls is nothing like oblivion
Oh shit son. Please the bragging power is too strong :D

might not be much to sue on, but it depends who has the best lawyers, i would bet Bethesda having better ones, having more money

I like Bethesda more than Mojang, so I suppose I'm on their side.
Scrolls is a pretty dumb name for a game anyway.

Well scrolls wont get copyrighted anyway because its a single dictionary word, it would be like someone trying to copyright a musical note! But i like Mojang so much more, Every month i wait to play the new New Vegas dlc but every fucking DLC for that game has been delayed and now Lonesome road is apparently delayed for factors out of their control, BULLSHIT!
Oh shit son. Please the bragging power is too strong :D

Here is a more detailed article about the situation.
I have to agree about Fallout, but The Elder Scrolls is Bethesda's strong side. I love Oblivion and Skyrim looks amazing so far, can't wait for release.
