Yes. Lets get discussions going. Figure out a plan we can all mutually agree on. Unlike hl2rp, we have nothing to base this off other then the game itself. We need to figure out what canon we use and what canon we ditch/manipulate to balance the game and make it enjoyable for even the random players. What factions will be set and who will be running them, and get them set up. How will the gameplay go? All this needs to be done before we even think about a server.
Set up a date possibly in team speak  to talk about stuff?
Lots of people got mad about the teamsqueak meeting when we did the HL2RP relaunch. Forums are the way to go. Everyone should get the chance to make suggestions as long as they are ready to accept denial or changes.
Because not everyone can participate in a teamspeak discussion due to timezones etc.
And people got mad because actual important decisions were made on that chat without their input.
Talking on TS is nothing wrong with. As long as you keep it at just discussing and coming up with ideas. Don't make full blown decisions and you should be fine. ;)
this is what we were using the trello for and hell broke lose for doing it

Hm. Yes. I suppose it would be a good way to start things off while we wait for boards to be set up. No time is a good time sadly as there will always be people unable to attend at a certain time but the least we can do is allow anyone to come and give input. Ill clear this with waffoo.

Trello doesn't really work I've noticed. I'm considering putting CGRP information on the boards so people don't have to muck about some external site. The trello never gets used for its intentions anyway other than developer organization.
