Physical Description: 5'11"|135 lbs|Standard C18 jumpsuit|Unkempt dark brown hair w/light stubble|Average build|Blue eyes|speaks in a fast, confident tone with a Canadian accent.
Mental State: Josh is a confident, trustworthy but sociopathic person. He will not relate to you, but you can place your full trust in him to get what's needed done.
Physical State: Like almost all citizens, Josh is malnourished, only 135 pounds for someone standing at 5'11". He has bruises on his back and legs from falling down a flight of stairs at the Civil Housing block, and is covered in scars from the physical abuse he suffered as an adolescent.
Background: Josh was born an only child to a middle-class Canadian family. His father was a roaring, violent alcoholic smoker and his mother died in childbirth. He was raised by his father, who verbally and physically abused him to the point that be became a diagnosed sociopath, which he was prescribed medication to help combat.
When he was 11, his father was killed in a drink-drive accident, leaving Josh orphaned. Because of him being a sociopath, he was targeted by bullies all throughout school and growing up in an orphanage. During his education, he became extremely proficient at mathematics, so proficient that he was able to participate in the
Caribou Competition, a mathematics contest that is ordinarily restricted for ninth-grade students, and place 2nd at the national level.
Remaining in orphan care until the age of 18 in 2009,he left the orphanage that had been his home, moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, and applied to Dalhousie University. He was accepted, and took a payed internship with the Halifax Regional Police force to pay his tuition until he graduated from Dalhousie in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in criminology.
In 2014, he re-joined the Halifax Regional Police, this time attempting to become a patrol officer. However, he dropped out before his training was complete. Instead, he took a full-time job as an administrative assistant, the same job he had interned at during university. It was here that he was working when the 7-Hour War struck, which he survived by locking himself in the evidence room.
After the War's conclusion in August of 2015, he was assimilated and assigned to City 12, where he remained until 2019 when he was reassigned to City 18. He proceeded to apply for the Combine Civil Authority.
Broke his leg Jan. 14, 2019. Treated in the NOVA medbay because the CWU were being lazy.
Strengths - Skills/Traits: Josh is extremely proficient at mathematics and, as a result of fleeing from bullies and his father his entire life, has become a decent fighter and a fast runner. He is confident.
Weaknesses: Sociopath, closed
Mannerisms: Josh can often be seen cracking his knuckles as a way to relieve stress. He also has a somewhat annoying tendency to correct people on small things such as grammar or other unimportant things. He is also very quick to action when it's needed, and can be counted on to get things done.
