Reviving OCRP, YES WE CAN !

[Hazard Time]

This thread is going no where.  No one is getting unbanned because a large majority, if not all, of those people are legitimate offenders who WILL make our lives, as well as the lives of the average player, a living Hell if we allowed them to return.  If you believe you have been permanently banned for an illegitimate reason, post a ban appeal.  I will now take the liberty of locking this, so please put some thought into your ideas.
















If there's a new way, I'd be the first in line.
