Character Scars

I saw this meme awhile a go and thought it would be cool if people mapped out their character's various scars. It's mostly used for actual people, but it works just as well with characters. This could help you remember where a scar is and why it's there so you can rp it and look cool and stuff. I dunno.
Anyway, here's a link to the meme here.

I'm going to use Elizabeth as an example.



You don't have to be artistic or anything. I just used MSPaint. Its nice to either include a short description on how the scar came to be or whatever, which you can do on the picture or after it. I color coded it because why not. I'm probably missing a few too.

Anyway, it's just for funzies and to show off your character. Might actually be useful to remember what scars the character has and why. Also helps if maybe you're randomly naked and everyone is looking at your beautiful skin.

Red = Burns and scarring from a fragmentation grenade
Black = Lost at birth
Beige = Skin irritation/slight scarring from excessive wearing of her necklace
Orange = Wear and tear brought on my living in the Outlands for three years
Green = Scars sustained shortly after the Seven Hour war during Kal's escape from her family home

Time for one developed and one under-developed character then.


Green: Operation scar, a rib was removed — Pre-war
Red: Self-destruction, due to lack of income, homelessness and depression — Pre-war
Yellow: Manual labour, metal splinters that were removed by a blade, as well as handling rough substances frequently — Post-war
Blue: A bald patch from hitting his head as a child — Pre-war


Black: Removed — The finger in a P3 robbery/assault; The eye in a combine beating — Post-war
Orange: Acne scarring on the face — Pre-war
Yellow: Electrical burns from stun sticks Being hit with an electrically charged, metal baton, must do some damaged on exposed flesh — Post-war
Blue: Three separate stabbings — Pre-war
Red: Broken arm with the bone sticking out — Pre-war

 Yellow: Various Electrical Burns from combine beatings.
Dark Red: Combine tortures
Green: Scarring due to hanging and climbing onto ledges.
Red: Scarring due to various falls, etc.

[Sexy Frog]

Green - Puncture wound delivered by Antlion worker forelimb.
Orange - Laceration from run in with Antlion Guard.
Purple - Spinal Bruising from impact against tree after being tackled by Antlion Guard.
Red - Puncture wound from crossbow bolt.


Red - Limb loss due to necessary amputation after C45 revolt.
Black - Bullet wounds from C45 revolt and other shoot outs while on duty.

Pink - Arrow shot through abdomen
Purple - Burns from UCH collapsing due to fire
Red- Falling on rebar in said fire
Green - Shot with an MP7 several times

• Blue: Stray bullet wound from one of KMP's training.
• Pink: Grenade fragmentation from pushing a unit away from a grenade thrown from a defective OTA.
• Green: Knife wound from UCH sweep from SHIELD days.
• Brown: Scars from Vortigaunt hooves
• Red: Failed attempt to save a unit by taking a bullet for a unit.
• Orange: ORIGIN scar.
• Purple: Removed. 
• Black: My feet are Swiss cheese due to every time a NOVA unit gets promoted, air takes a shot at your feet. I am riddled with scars from Ar2's, Shotgun's, .357's, 9mm's, and mp7's. I'm also missing my pinky toe.

Everything in the pre-war section was apart of my character's backstory before this. Everything in the post-war section actually happened ICly in the server.

Red: Stab wounds from citizens, all obtained at different times.
Blue: AR2 injuries obtained from 71813's training session (Forgot to add shrapnel wounds from 060's grenade but w/e)
Green: Burn injuries obtained from a vortescene beam.
Yellow: Back injury obtained from slamming into a metal pole in a flood.
Purple: Injuries obtained in 091's capture in the Outlands.



Yellow: Stunstick burns from interogation in City 45.
Brown: Stab wound through foot.
Black: Stabbed with antlion limbs, seperate occasions.
Red: Hit in the back by antlion guard (ouch)



Red: Burn from bombing of a UCH in Istanbul.
Yellow: Burns from blowing up a scanner in City 17 (rip bob’s scanner)
Black: Bullet wounds obtained in a shootout, pre-war.
